monday sidekick and monday agents are capable, and every call they make spends credits from a bundle you bought up front. A simple sidekick message runs roughly 10 to 30 credits, a complex one 80 to 150, and an agent task can pass 250. You get warned at 80% and 100%, and then AI usage pauses until you buy more. Otto works differently in two ways that matter. It is included, so there is no meter and nothing to top up mid week. And it does not act on its own: ask in plain English, and every change it proposes, one task or fifty, arrives as a before and after that you approve or discard.
